Crossing light sw corner of 2nd and High Sts. was blocked by overgrown shrubs. They have been trimmed back. Could not find the sign in question in front og Binford Soccer Field.

Phone Call: 1 1/2 ' x 1' Sign in the ROW (Keep you dog on a leash and pick up the crap) on E. 2nd St. in front of the Binford soccer field. Cannot see the pedestrian sign for the bushes at the intersection of E. 2nd St. and High St.
