The apartment building beside 718 W. Dodds has a dumpster that is constantly overflowing. She filed a complaint last summer and the dumpster was relocated to another place. However, it has been moved back to the same place. The smell is so bad that Ms. McDivvit can not open her windows in the summer. Please call Ms. McDivvit with a status update.

There is a dumpster that is placed by 727 & 729 W. Dixie Street. The dumpster is not emptied on a continuous basis. It is full now and the trash is blowing around the neighborhood plus there are skunks, rats, etc... that are rummaging through the trash. He has tried to talk to the landlord to no avail.
