Dumpster overflowing at Harold and Alice.
There is a dumpster in the 400 Block of E. 8th Street. The dumpster sets on Harold Street near the intersection of Alice. The dumpster has not been emptied in several weeks and is overflowing with bags of trash.
There are about 20 bags of trash piled up inside the burned up garage on this property. They've been there for a while. The bags are now smelling.

Enormous amount of trash being thrown into a 3-sided concrete containment area, which doesn't have a dumpster in the containment area. Caller stated that 706 N. Dunn is the closest house to all the trash and nobody could miss this mess. This address is actually 501 E. Cottage Grove.
Trash dumpster directly behind Bloomington Bagel is full and gets pushed out into the parking lot, which takes away parking from the residents. Mr. Davis is unable to find out who is responsible for the dumpster.
There is still trash cans out in the tree plot.
There are two dumpsters behind Nick's that have been pushed back and are blocking parking for the tenants in 424 1/2 E. 6th Street.
