old bath tub, construction debris, trash, and basically just a mess in the yard
high grass
Lawn has not been mowed all spring.
Haggerty's lot and the vacan lots on north summit street between 11th and Cottage grove, on the east side of the street., are completely overgrown. They were cut once last year, but are causing a problem with travel in the alley, security, animals, etc. this year.
Ms. Figg said that 614 N. Summit (vacant lot) is owned by the City??? and has overgrown grass and trees. Tree limbs are falling into the neighbors yards. She also said that there are snakes at this location. (Barry you should check with Penny about who owns this lot)
lot north of Haggerty's has not been mowed all year
Vacant lot next door to Ms Lyman's property needs the sidewalk cleaned off so pedestrians can use.
The grass has not been cut at 611 & 616 N. Washington St.
Ms. Rayle stated that she and other neighbors in her area have been calling the city all summer to come mow both empty lots near her home on N. Monroe St. She said that the growth is terribly out of hand, and that something needs it needs to be cut down. She is frustrated because she has to go through this every summer, and feels she shouldn't have to!
Bushes obstructing sidewalk.
