The back yard has not been mowed for at least 2 years. Ms. Underwood said that she has been calling and complaining for 2 years and nothing is done. She has contacted the owner and agent with no results.
Rental property has bushes that needs trimmed. Rocks and mud fall onto the sidewalk from the yard. The lawn is only mowed once or twice a year. Trash and bottles in the yard. The mess continues to get worse.
There is trash that has been sitting out for weeks.
There are people who are putting their trash on her trash cans ( she has a private hauler) & they also put their recycleables there too. She thinks that the address of the people who do this is 513 W. 8th St. ( she says she can see their mail throught the trash bags.)
There is trash that has been sitting out since Moday (trash day), but apparently there are no stickers on the bags.
Trash still out sitting out with no stickers. Sanitation didn't pick up Monday, because trash was not tagged.
Haggerty's lot and the vacan lots on north summit street between 11th and Cottage grove, on the east side of the street., are completely overgrown. They were cut once last year, but are causing a problem with travel in the alley, security, animals, etc. this year.
There is a mound of trash just behind the house.
the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.
