This is an utility easement that runs along the back side of this property. The easement has not been cleaned in 2 or 3 years and is very over grown. Ms. Treisback states that the easement is behind a fence on this property, but is inside the property line.
ON THE CORNER OF E. PARK LANE AND MORNINGSIDE DRIVE THERE IS GRASS THAT NEEDS TO BE MOWED. THE COMPLAINTANT CLAIMS THAT THIS IS THE CITIES PROPERTY. HE WANTS IT MOWED. HE NEEDS TO KNOW IF THIS IS HIS PROPERTY OR IF IT IS THE CITIES.
LAWN NEEDS MOWED. THIS IS A POSSIBLE UNREG. RENTAL. PARKING PROBLEMS.
Yard not mowed.
Trees were trimmed in the back yard. Tree limbs, etc. still lying around in the back yard. Ms Sales has called before about trash and the limbs.
