Weeds and grass in alley.
Weeds and grass in alley.
weeds overgrown, poison ivy and bushes running wild
THE TENANT IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE GRASS. IT IS VERY HIGH AND THE LANDLORD ( THEY THINK IT IS FORTUNE PROPERTIES) WON'T MOW THE LAWN.
Grass needs to be cut
Citizen states that this should be 2nd call on this property. Yard has not been mowed all year. He doesn't feel that anything is being done because he thinks that a City Employee owns the property. The grass is very tall and is attracting mosquitoes.
South corner of the property has a railroad single and there is a big thicket of bushes at that single that obsecures it. Needs to be cut back or down. Right now you can partially see because there are no leaves, but it will be problematic in the spring.
Grass is over 12 in. high
Overgrown shrubs scratching vehicles passing through the alley between 10th and 11th Streets (behind 615 N. Walnut St).
back yard over grown on perimeter and lots of growth starting to encroach into the alley. All of this over growth is catching litter thus creating a mess.
between 612 & 622 N. Washingrton trash piled up in front yard
