Poison Ivy is growing onto his property from the adjacent property on N. Walnut, the Highpoint commercial property.

Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.
