Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house
Suitcase laying in the empty lot between 510 & 516 S. Mitchell. The suitcase is open and full of clothes.
Molded grass is piled up in the yard. The pile is 20 feet long and 4 feet tall.

Mattress and trash has not been disposed of, and neighbor has seen ratts running around. Ms. Oswalt will contact the Health Dept. re the ratts (Vector Control Ordinance).
Over-grown weeds and bamboo everywhere. Also drive down the alley to see the backyard. Chimney is falling down.
Four or five floor-type televisions, trash, etc. in front of unit #516 for approx. three weeks. Complainant not sure about unit #, but said that the mess can't be missed.

College studens (tenants) are leaving garbage left out and animals are getting in the trash. Please send inspector to remind them of garbage procedures.
