The apartment building beside 718 W. Dodds has a dumpster that is constantly overflowing. She filed a complaint last summer and the dumpster was relocated to another place. However, it has been moved back to the same place. The smell is so bad that Ms. McDivvit can not open her windows in the summer. Please call Ms. McDivvit with a status update.

This property at 726 E. University shares a parking lot with 700 S. Park (on the back side). They have some sort of private pickup there, but the kids never put it out for pickup, and as a result, there is all kinds of open garbage left piled up in the back and on the side.
