High weeds/grass.

Garbage cans of unbagged trash has been sitting in front of property for 2 to 3 weeks. Much of the trash is now scattered out of the cans. There has been no effort to pick it up.

Grass is waist high; dog tied up (approx. 5' chain) on the porch; small boy (approx. 3yrs. old) goes out and plays in the yard.....dog feces, snakes, insects,etc....

Field across from 100 Pete Ellis Dr. needs mowing. Grass is over 2 feet high. This is near the Putt-Putt.

Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.

The problem is actually at the lot on the west side of this property that rosemary owns. She says it is right by Blgtn. Bone & Joint. Says there are weeds in this lot that are 8' tall.
