A TRUCK DROPPED A SKID PLATE ON THE ALLEY SIDE OF 815 W. 4TH ST. PEOPLE ARE NOW GOING BY AND DUMPING TRASH . ITS LOOKING LIKE A DUMP NOW.

There is a mound of trash in the alley South of 215 N. Rogers St. between 5th and 6th Streets. They have seen lots of mice because of all the trash.

LOOSE INSULATION IS BEING BLOWN AROUND IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FROMA HOUSE THAT IS BEING BUILT. THE ANIMALS ARE EATING IT AND THE NEIGHBORS HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP. SW CORNER OF DANIEL AND OLCOTT.

Big bags of trash have been sitting beside the house for 2-3 months. It is never taken to the front to be picked up. Dogs get into it all of the time.
