We have asked out tenants to dispose of their trash and have not seen any results. We would like the City to give them warnings. Maybe both of our effort will succeed.
We have asked out tenants to dispose of their trash and have not seen any results. We would like the City to give them warnings. Maybe both of our effort will succeed.
The problem is with a unit in Whittington Commons. It is at the end of the first drive to your left off the main street into the complex. The tenants have left their trash out and animals got into it scattering the trash all over the hillside behind 1385 W. Allen Street. The citizen tried to talk to the tenants but they refuse to pick it up.
There is trash in the yard
The tenants at 501 S. Woodlawn have not taken care of their trash in 3 weeks. Kris called Hallmark Rentals and reported this and still nothing has been done.
There are weeds and trees are overgrown on to the sidewalk. This blocks the sidewalk.
Weeds are 6 feet tall; yard needs mowed. Strong odor of dog feces in yard. Owner name is Gary Cottengain.

in the unimproved alley behind 521 W. Wylie grows a noxious Bamboo. this bamboo seeds and sends out root runners to the point that is is invading adjacent yards. It has become a problem for the neighbors and needs to be eliminated.
