The empty lot beside 3775 E. Regents has not been mowed all summer.
Ms. Kielhl called last November (AO # 2655) regarding dead tree which she says is in utility easement. Tree is rotten, ugly and a hazard to kids who play near there. Tree is in NE corner of her lot. She feels City or utility co. should have it removed. (I know that Lee checked this out last year, but I don't recall how it was resolved. She says she never heard from anyone.) Someone had Davey Tree trim it, but she says it should be removed.

There is a large plile of brush and weeds obstructing the sidewalks. It has been there for a very long time. It is on the side of the house by the driveway (along Silver Creek Dr.)
OWNER HAS HAD A BRUSH PILE GOING FOR YEARS & RECENTLY HAS FENCED AROUND IT SO IT IS NOT AS VISIBLE..GETTING VERY LARGE AND IS HOUSING RACOONS & RODENTS.

Shirley states that bushes at the edge of the above property blocks most of the sidewalk making it difficult to walk on.
