Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house

I believe it is #447. It is the house to the north of 449 S Henderson Street. There has been trash sitting in the yard for approximately 2 weeks. The people drug the trash out last week but didn't put the appropriate stickers on the bags/cans. They drug the trash back up to the house and it is sitting in the yard creating a mess.
