In the alley between 601 and 603 W. Wylie the weeds & grass make it almost impossible to drive through without scratching your car. The weeds and grass are coming from the properties at 601 and 603 W. Wylie
Residents who live on West Dodds between 603 and 515 W. Dodds Street leave their trash at the curb all the time. Sometimes tags are attached and sometimes not, so their trash is not picked up every week.
Overgrowth
Grass very high, looks vacant, evergreens hanging over sidewalks and recycle cans are always out.
There is a dumpster in the drive way at this address. This man doesn't even know if a dumpster is permitted in his neighborhood. The dumpster is over flowing with trash.
The caller was not sure if this is in the 600 or 700 block. She stated that it has not been cut all summer. She walks by here every day to get to the bus stop. Snakes are now coming out onto the sidewalk. The house has red and green lights on the front porch that are on 24 - 7
in the unimproved alley behind 521 W. Wylie grows a noxious Bamboo. this bamboo seeds and sends out root runners to the point that is is invading adjacent yards. It has become a problem for the neighbors and needs to be eliminated.
There is trash all over the yard and the back yard is full of weeds.
