This yard is just a wreck the trash is out most all the time and much of the time cans are on the sidewalk. Veg. grows over the sidewalk, the place is just a wreck
Front and back yard needs mowed. Trees, etc. arching over the sidewalk.
Yard is overgrown and look a mess.
house behind 821 W. 9th St. has tall weeds
possible naturalized yard or just not mowing
Weeds are overgrown on the utility poles, cable lines, and have grown onto the house next door.
The empty lot next to 900 W. 8th Street has overgrown onto the sidewalk. The trees/brush have basically blocked the sidewalk causing pedestrians to walk in the grass plot next to the street. The area is a pedestrian hazard.
