There are three (3) big gas grills, lawn chairs and rubber pipes in the yard. Mud and straw are in the drive. He drives an old car. Lawn needs to be mowed.

Caller lives next to Bryan Park. She said she asked for a trash can @ entrance to the park last year and now it is gone. There is trash everywhere. She and her husband are in their 70's and have been cleaning trash @ the park for 40 years. She wants another trash can and big sign "NO LITTERING."
Mrs. Pennington called Streets in late June re van seats which were dumped near a culvert on Hancock Street. She understood someone would pick them up and they were not. Since then, other people are using the area for a dump. (Mrs. Pennington would like a call re when this trash can be picked up.)
Students leaving trash in front of the house (on the bank), and on the front porch for weeks. The back yard is full of trash.
At 6th & Rogers next to what use to be Max Fulk Wholesale, the weeds are growing out of control.
In the alley between Opie Taylor's and Ferris Market - trash, weeds and dead animals. People also use the alley as a bathroom facility.
The employees at BPD park along the east side of Morton St. the sidewalk in the 400 block of N. Morton is overgrown with weeds, has a lot of broken glass on it and the sidewalk is broken and uneven in most places.
The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
Citizen says a tree has fallen in her yard which she thinks the city is responsible for, and also that her lot was skipped when trees were being planted, all her neighbors have them except her. Lee: This was a message & I haven't spoken w/her yet to get the full story. Would you let me know if this downed tree is ours? Also, I'm assuming the developer put in the trees in Kensington, not us?
