Ms. Rayle stated that she and other neighbors in her area have been calling the city all summer to come mow both empty lots near her home on N. Monroe St. She said that the growth is terribly out of hand, and that something needs it needs to be cut down. She is frustrated because she has to go through this every summer, and feels she shouldn't have to!
This yard is just a wreck the trash is out most all the time and much of the time cans are on the sidewalk. Veg. grows over the sidewalk, the place is just a wreck
Yard is overgrown and look a mess.
Front and back yard needs mowed. Trees, etc. arching over the sidewalk.
Tenants have left trash scattered on the tree plot and yard.
Residents from 1119 N. Lincoln and 1121 N. Lincoln moved out Thursday or Friday and dumped a lot of trash, etc. in front of those properties and in front of Mr. Butcher's property.

Vehicles (at least two) sitting on the street with expired license plates (1995). Another vehicle parked on the lawn. Owner is Jeffrey Onkst. Ms. Vernon is concerned and upset that Mr. Onkst's rental properties in the Fritz Terrace Addition are all very unkept, running down the neighborhood and decreasing property value in the area.
Boxes of beer cans and beer bottles, and other trash are stacked on front porch; a real eyesore!
