Chandler stated that she did not know the exact address, but the house is located in the 800-900 block of Orris Drive. They have junk stacked in their backyard plus they have junk cars parked in the front. She is afraid that the junk will attract rats, etc..
Vehicle has been parked in the driveway for at least a year. Vehicle doesn't have an engine or wheel.
There are weeds obstructing the line of sight at 17th & Monroe. Chandler stated that the weeds need to be trimmed on both streets.
The hedges are 10" over the sidewalk . Aller wants them off of the sidewalk completely.
Ms Elvsaas stated that the trash can has been out for more than a month and is full of trash. (LL reviewed the trash notices for this address. there are several notices that have been left by sanit. that the can exceeds the weight limit and on several occasions has not had the stickers attached)
The trash is not being picked up on a regular basis. It is piled up and he is afraid that there will be rats, etc.. around the area. They have tried dealing with the owner to no avail.
The grass is overgrown.
Tenants leave recycling bins out all the time. Neighbor pulled the recycling bins out of the street. Property very unkept.
THERE ARE OLD TIRES AND TRASH EVERYWHERE. IT LOOKS LIKE A DUMP.
