Trash from building being left at curb, spreading throughout, creating large trash spread
Resident called into to complain about a line-of-sight problem caused by vegetation overgrowth at the alley when turning east or west onto 2nd St. The overgrowth is reported to be in the flower beds of 914 W 2nd St.

Jeanne Dutton - 812-606-9233 Complaint that there is a pile of trash that has been in the 300 block of Sheffield for three weeks. Stated they are not sure which address this belongs to.
The traffic signal timing at S Deborah Dr. and W Tapp Road is not favorable. When drivers make a right-turn from S Deborah onto W Tapp, the light stays red for an unreasonably long time. Resident is requesting a study of the traffic signal timing at this intersection and a follow up on any findings made by city staff.
