complaint is about rubble left on property from new driveway. also concerned with dead tree on the corner and weeds that have reached 4 feet tall. did not give name or phone but said will call me on thrusday (7/24/97)

At W 11th & Rogers St, there is a rosebush covering the sidewalk, and people must walk in the street to get around it, also a tree has limbs hanging down over the sidewalk that must be dodged
