Complainant reported that an old car and an old school bus has been parked in the back yard for 1-2 years at 1402 W. 8th. Complainant also reported that a "dumpster-person" was evicted from 1322 W. 8th St., but that property is now vacant and clean.

There is a split tree on this corner, from the last big storm. Half the tree is on the roof of the home at the southwest corner of Grimes & Stull, and the other half is still standing, although precariously. The home appears to be unoccupied. The limbs are obscuring the view of traffic.
