Residents tear trash stickers in half and stick on the trash. Sanitation doesn't pick up their trash, so there sits 4 cans and 3 bags of trash.
Residents tear trash stickers in half and stick on the trash. Sanitation doesn't pick up their trash, so there sits 4 cans and 3 bags of trash.
There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.
There is trash on the sidewalk, front yard, and back yard. It has been there for weeks. There are now cars parked on the front lawn.
There are people who are putting their trash on her trash cans ( she has a private hauler) & they also put their recycleables there too. She thinks that the address of the people who do this is 513 W. 8th St. ( she says she can see their mail throught the trash bags.)
There is trash that has been sitting out since Moday (trash day), but apparently there are no stickers on the bags.
Trash still out sitting out with no stickers. Sanitation didn't pick up Monday, because trash was not tagged.
There is a mound of trash just behind the house.
GRASS IS 17 INCHES HIGH. (Scott work with Jason on this)
Several bags of trash laying in the yard and tree plot. House appears vacant.
Sanitation continues to find that Cha-Cha is disposing of their trash in the public green barrels. Says this happens 2 or 3 times a week, fills the barrels and makes it impossible for pedestrians to use them, so trash winds up on the street. Piece of Cha Cha mail is attached.
