The tenants have apparently not been putting their trash out for the past few weeks and it is piling up on the back deck and in the backyard. The person who called in is concerned with the attraction of rodents, etc....

THEY MOW THE FRONT YARD BUT NOT THE BACK. HAS NOTIFIED THE LEASING AGT BUT THEY HAVEN'T TAKEN CARE OF IT. VERY HIGH GRASS.
