Citizen called about tree across the street from her residence. Tree is enormous by her standards and a potential hazard for a single family rental adjacent to tree. By her summation the tree is a "when it falls" as opposed to an "if it falls." Can we, should we do anything?

Westplex and 3rd south west corner. All growing up I see homeless wake in there all the time. It is owened by same people the owen the Quaters apt. What I have researched it's a Tailwind Group out on MN. Didn't know if the realtor could help out.
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.

Vegetation is encroaching into the walking/running trail around Winslow Sports Park on both the east and west sides.
