Excessive Growth: Complaint
Phone Call: Citizen called about tree across the street from her residence. Tree is enormous by her standards and a potential hazard for a single family rental adjacent to tree. By her summation the tree is a "when it falls" as opposed to an "if it falls." Can we, should we do anything?
