This house is a rental. The people from the summer have moved out and have left a bunch of junk in the yard and on the back porch. There large item pick-up date is on Fridays (Sept. 4th & 11th). The neighborhood has had problems with this residence before with trash piling up and some residents have seen rats around the area.
the tenants have left lots of things in the yard, an ice box, furniture, ECT. And they haven't cleaned it up.

1304-1312 S Lincoln has trash, boxes, tree limbs behind garage. Trash behind property. 1300 S Lincoln throws his grass into the alley.
The grass has not been mowed this summer.
The neighbor says that his house is vacant and that it has not been taken care of. The yard is overgrown.
Weeds in the back yard by the alley between Wilson & Driscoll.
The fence at the above property is full of weeds, making it very difficult to see anyone coming up driscoll.
