1103 & 1105 have been abandoned and the entire properties have not been mowed for over 3 months. The overgrown woody and herbaceous vegetation is over 2 feet long. Source of vermin like raccoons and possums

The grass and vegetation on the hill from sidewalk to the yard has not been mowed all year. The grass and other vegetation (weeds) are now laying down and blocking the sidewalk.
Old photo. Much higher weeds now. Garbage cans stored in front of house all year. No mowing or trimming of high weeds in front.
