the following sidewalks have overgrowth covering. 517 S. Lincoln St, 407 S. Lincoln St, 301 E. University St. All in Bloomington Thank you,
Overgrown Hunter foot path sidewalk. This path is between Eastside Drive and Mitchell. Also, there is an abundant growth of weeds in and near the ditch next to this foot path. City's responsibility or adjacent home owner's?
College Mall Road & Eastland Plaza. Citizen states pedestrian can't be seen walking from Plaza across College Mall Road to the Mall. Bushes obstruct view. Also, new sidewalks need to allow cars to drive around the curve not up over it. Pedestrians waiting to cross almost get hit by cars coming up over the curve.
Overgrowth in the east west alley at 405 S. Lincoln making the alley impassable.
Vegetation overgrowth hindering sidewalk clear zone - north side of Tapp between Adams and Pinehurst.
Norm Mosier in HAND reported there was excessive growth in the alley way between Walnut & Washington all the way to just north of Allen starting North of Grimes
The sidewalks on South High Street are being obstructed by low-hanging tree branches. These branches hang 3-5 feet above the sidewalks and may be hazardous to walkers and runners. They demand constant ducking and dodging, perhaps even into the street in some cases. The leaves conceal hard branches beneath them, and I have seen several walkers and runners hit their heads.
eastgate lane and HWY 46 limbs growing over walkway and bloking sight of on coming triffict
Safety issue, driving/pulling out on to 2nd street, unable to see west bound cars coming over hill, sidewalk with excessive growth
