This location is probably outside the city, but could you please relay the information to county. In addition to the overgrown branches, the sidewalk conditions just North of the overgrowth is in need of repair in 2 different locations. I'll send a couple more photos with a duplicate report. Citizen states there is Poison Ivy growing onto the sidewalk at Fess

1111 S. Washington front yard so overgrown strollers and wheelchairs cannot get over weeds that have fallen onto public sidewalk. Also may attract snakes, rodents, and other unwanted wildlife. Heightened allergy issues for neighbors, especially children.
