Weeds need cut in the vacated alley West of 916 S. Morton St. The weeds are growing out of a wall at 319 W. Dodds St.---1st alley West of Morton St. Several years ago, B & L Roofing put several large/huge rocks in the alley which makes mowing the weeds/grass impossible.
