Phone Call: Vacant lot across from 916 S. Morton is very overgrown and homeless are living there, caller stated that she has been approched several times while out in her yard. Caller also stated that there are small trees growing along rail road tracks and weeds are overgrown and she would like those mowed down because the homeless will live there after it gets taller.
