Six bags of trash not picked up by Sanitation at the 2nd house East of Woodlawn on E. 1st St.
Plants are overgrown on the sidewalk.
There is a hedge along the sidewalk and it is encrouching on the sidewalk.
Students moved out and left a j=huge pile of trash on the street. (per Trish in Public Works)
There is garbage all over the property. She believes students live here and will just not take care of the property.

Continuous trash problem in this neighborhood. Residents at 1006 S. Palmer have a pile of newspapers in the front lawn; 417 E. Allen--residents set their trash out on Saturday, but trash pickup is not until Friday. 1012 S. Palmer--residents never take their trash can in after pickup. Mr. Livingston would like inspector to keep an eye on this neighborhood regarding trash.
