Alleys between Henderson & Fess, just north of 1st st. Apparently both the E/W & N/S alleys. Citizen says these alleys have tree limbs & hedges overhanging and brushing into cars as they go through.

trash, beer bottles always put out too early. Also please check 612 Atwater for trash in yard.
This man complained of high grass in the lawn next to Swing-in Pizza.
THERE IS TALL HORSEWEED GROWING ALONG THE ALLEY WAY.
Dodds & Fairview very overgrown, can't walk on sidewalk, sticks in back yard. trash in backyard and in the rear easement.
