college kids at 309 S. Union do not bring in their garbage cans. This is the 2nd week in a row. Last week, complainant took in cans herself. She would like someone to talk to these students about rules regarding taking in cans. Does not want a call back

The neighbor would like our department to give a friendly reminder that the boxes and trashcans in the side yard need to be taken care of. They have been there for 3 weeks.

The problem is actually on University St. in the tree row. The trash cans are just lined up w/piles of trash on them. They don't sticker their trash . THey always leave their recycling out.
Residents leave trash cans out all the time.
There is trash everywhere.
