BPD received a complaint on Sunday, that the residents are putting out their trash too soon, and it is scattering through the neighborhood.

Lots of trash by the curb including old furniture, etc. Has been there for two weeks, and he wants someone to look at the mess today.
Large pile of trash, old furniture sitting on E. University St. Trash came from 624 S. Fess.
Trash everywhere and dumpster overflowing with trash right outside Mr. Reis window. He stated that CS Management is the agent for this property.
Mrs. Keys called to voice concern about the tax money citizens pay for students to have large items picked up. I explained to her our trash/sanitation system. She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)
street tree on 2nd St. the second tree east of Fess on the north side of the road needs to be trimmed back.
Triangular area bounded by Southdowns, Sheridan Drive & Karen, needs dead trees, vines and weeds removed. Also, resident at 1308 Southdowns (and some others) are dumping their limbs, tree trimmings, and grass cuttings in this area. (See letter)
They don't always put stickers on thier trash-now they have trash out with a sanitation notice on it. Even when trash is picked up they leave trash and recycling bins out.
Students moved out, but carport at the rear of the property is full of junk and trash. Old sofa has been in the carport for a year. Ms. Otten also reported that 4 females had lived at this property. She said that 3 girls on the lease and 1 extra girl paying rent. (Work with Carol on this)
