Trash accumulating at the end of the driveway and blowing everywhere
Neighor of the above address states the property owner appears to have mental issues and is reclusive. However, the lawn has not been moved this year.
Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
A neighbor called engineering to report her neighbor Robert Staats, put a large brush pile on the road E. Hollywood Dr. It is a crushed stone road.
