There is a Kudzu vine growing the north and west property line. It is already killing other vegetation and has grown onto two other properties.

There are trash containers on 8th st. That haven't been emptied for a longtime. There is also trash all around the house.
The pine tree in the front yard at the above address in hanging over the sidewalk preventing people from walking on this portion of sidewalk. People have to almost walk out into the street to get around the over hang.
There are tow houses behind the Elk's Lodge on the corner of 8th and walnut. Between those two houses there is trash that is piling up and spilling over onto the alley.
Trash is beginning to pile up beside the house.
THE YARD HAS HAD ABOUT "20" BAGS OF TRASH IN IT FOR ALMOST AMONTH. THE TRASH PICK UP WAS TODAY AND THE TRASH IS STILL IN THE YARD. tHE BAGS ARE DETERIORATING. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.
Grass is over 12 inches tall.
THE GRASS IS HIGH. MORE THAN A FOOT.
Holliday said there are many bags of trash which are now beginning to tear open--there are no trash tags on the bags. She is not sure of the exact address, but it is on the west side og the street.
BETWEEN THE ALLEY AND THE BASEMENT DOOR OF THE HOUSE ON 609 THERE IS A PILE OF ABOUT 20 TRASH BAGS THAT HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. THEY ARE RIPPED OPEN AND ARE FALLING APART. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.
