There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.

There are people who are putting their trash on her trash cans ( she has a private hauler) & they also put their recycleables there too. She thinks that the address of the people who do this is 513 W. 8th St. ( she says she can see their mail throught the trash bags.)

The dumpster in the alley behind the building at N. Lincoln and 7th St. is overflowing, trash is blowing everywhere and very strong odor. Mr. Hater said that the building is owned by American Sunbelt Properties.

Sanitation continues to find that Cha-Cha is disposing of their trash in the public green barrels. Says this happens 2 or 3 times a week, fills the barrels and makes it impossible for pedestrians to use them, so trash winds up on the street. Piece of Cha Cha mail is attached.
