Landlord, Doug Burns, has trash and construction debris in the back and side yard.
Trash is starting to build up on porch. Jeff H. with Sanitation brought this notice in.
Mr. Singrey reports that his neighbors who live at 421 N. Park do not put tags on their trash, which has been sitting in front of 716 E. 9th St. for 3 weeks.
TRASH OVERFLOWING FROM A TRASH BIN MADE OF WOOD.
Resident on the left side of duplex at 308 E Cottage Grove has had untagged bags of garbage all over her lawn for the last two weeks. Problem has occurred before. Mr. Bridenbaugh said that the resident names are Mitch Ison and Kerri Webster.
Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.
Upstairs tenants will not comply with trash program. No tags and some of the trash is not bagged.
Complaintant is very concerned by an apparently unsecured refrigerator on front porch. She and next door neighbor have small children who could be attracted by it. Also, there is a large amount of trash on the front porch, and the occupants park in the alley, blocking it for through traffic. Because of one way streets, it forces her to go three blocks out of her way.
Refrigerator on front porch appears to be unsecured. Caller and her neighbor both have small children who might be attracted to it. Complaintant is also finding it necessary to go 3 blocks out of her way because occupants of 310 E Cottage Grv. are parking in alley, making it impossible to get through.
