This is the back yard of the home of Carl James. His grandsons work on cars and currently have 5 on the property, two are in the drive, one of which is up on jacks. Carl does not drive. These cars have been sitting in the yard for several weeks. The grass has not been cut in that time either. Excessive overgrowth of weeds and grass. Some weeds two stories high. Weeds grown up densely near doors and porch. This has providdd habitat for snakes in residential neighborhood. Children in household. Litter strewn everywhere.

Consistent neglect of lawn. Weed overgrowth taller than doors and windows. Litter and junk in lawn and driveway. Weeds growing up house over two stories in height. Inordinate amount of brush, weeds and grass has led to rat snakes and garter snakes in a residential neighborhood unaccustomed to this. The homeowner has been notified and consistently disregards complaints and concerns of neighbors.
