Excessive Growth
2510 S Madison ST
- Case Date:
- 4/16/2019
Vacant lot between 3124 and 3200 N. Ramble Road East. Neighbors complain consistently about difficulty of walking on this stretch of sidewalk.
1501 Browning Lane is an abandoned house. The owner still lives in the area but not in the home. It is becoming increasingly dilapidated. Recently a large evergreen tree fell into the house and is currently on top of the roof. Not sure if there is anything you can do to address this. The house is hurting the value of our street!
Sidewalk isn’t usable because of tree/hedge growth
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. Concerned about the abandoned house at 2854 Blue Ridge Drive. Yard has gone unmoved for months, and there has been no visible activity there for some time. Many neighbors have noticed.
Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:
1018 W First Street: unkempt lawn and unkempt porch. A disgrace for the neighborhood.
