Trash accummulating in the alley on the west side of the house.
Trash left in back yard; dog has torn open the bag and trash is scattered all over.
Ms. Haymaker lives at Woodbridge Apt. and jogs along Pete Ellis Drive; Grandview; Hollywood; Kerry; Smith Rd. and Morningside Drive. She reports that she sees lots of trash and litter in the street.
Resident living in Apt. #1 reports a huge pile of trash in front of 607 E. 2nd St. She says that the trash belongs to residents living in Apt. #4. Owner needs to have a private hauler, since there are four units here.
Dumpster overflowing with trash; not emptied for 3 weeks. Rodents are getting into trash.
THERE IS TRASH AND OLD BOX SPRINGS EVERYWHERE.
Received fax: "There has been a Rumpke garbage can overturned in the alley between my home and 611 N. Washington for 3 days; a bottle has broken and the broken glass is in the alley. The residents have made no efforts to clean this up."
Continuous trash problem in this neighborhood. Residents at 1006 S. Palmer have a pile of newspapers in the front lawn; 417 E. Allen--residents set their trash out on Saturday, but trash pickup is not until Friday. 1012 S. Palmer--residents never take their trash can in after pickup. Mr. Livingston would like inspector to keep an eye on this neighborhood regarding trash.
They leave their trash cans out all week.
