Accumulation of trash behind house on curb of E. 4th St.
At 1008 or 1012 W. Kirkwood Ave. there is a truck full of trash by the alley. The gargae is still horrible.
There is a house here that is falling apart, the grass needs cut, and there is garbage on the front porch.
This is a Habitat for Humanity house. They leave their trash cans out all the time. It is very unsightely.
Vehicle has been parked in the driveway for at least a year. Vehicle doesn't have an engine or wheel.
There are weeds obstructing the line of sight at 17th & Monroe. Chandler stated that the weeds need to be trimmed on both streets.
The hedges are 10" over the sidewalk . Aller wants them off of the sidewalk completely.
Weeds along the north side of the property along the street
The grass is overgrown.
THERE ARE OLD TIRES AND TRASH EVERYWHERE. IT LOOKS LIKE A DUMP.
