sidewalk north of Ridgefield covered with grass (city only on the west side) and the field at the south west corner of Acuff and Kinser over grown.
Kids in rental near SE corner of Allen & Adams have trash all over the place. Papers and litter are blowing into neighbors' yards. (If can't find valid trash problem, call her back to get exact address--she didn't know it off the top of her head).
There is a large pile of trash behind the house.
THE TENANT IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE GRASS. IT IS VERY HIGH AND THE LANDLORD ( THEY THINK IT IS FORTUNE PROPERTIES) WON'T MOW THE LAWN.

There are 5-6 vacant lots in the 1000 block of Countryside Lane which have not been mowed at all this year. Caller stated that the lots are owned by Bud Short.
The yard at 519 S. Woodlawn has yet to be mowed this year, and was only trimmed once with a hand trimmer last year. The grass in the back yard is at least 2 feet tall and growing. HELP!@?!
There is a vacant lot to the east of 835 W. Rosewood Drive in which the grass needs to be cut. The grass is over 4 feet high.
Citizen says alley behind her house is overgrown, causes vehicles to drive on her yard. Alley is between Dixie & Dodds off Fairview. Lee Huss checked, said area in question is property owner's responsibility on opposite side of alley. Julio will send picture & map to Susie.
