The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it. There is a dumpster in the alley behind Burnham appartments. It has been repeatedly placed in the alley. This blocks the alley. The landlord has been notified and has said he will not do anything about it.
