DB--called owner and asked them to trim bushes and weeds so that the sidewalk is clear. Sidewalk is passable.

Phone Call: Property corner of 12th & Jackson is a compete eyesore to the neighborhood, yard remains unmowed most of the time, trees have been allowed to grow out of the sidewalk, mothers w/babies in strollers have to go out into the street, and around to get through.
