Citizen called in regarding weeds and overgrown brush at the south east corner of Southdowns and Hawthorn. Citizen stated that it makes it difficult to see when exiting Hawthorn street.
Trash has been sitting out for 3 weeks now. It is never taken to the curb on trash day. The cans are always left open.
SEWER BACKUP ONTO SIDEWALK
There is trash all over the entire property. The property is just a mess.
There is garbage all over the property. She believes students live here and will just not take care of the property.
The apartment building beside 718 W. Dodds has a dumpster that is constantly overflowing. She filed a complaint last summer and the dumpster was relocated to another place. However, it has been moved back to the same place. The smell is so bad that Ms. McDivvit can not open her windows in the summer. Please call Ms. McDivvit with a status update.
