The roof still has a tarp on it, weeds in the yard are at least a foot high, the property has not been occupied or maintained for 3 years or so. DORIS SENT THIS TO ME. FOLLOW UP WITH HER.
Grass needs mowed, makes the neighborhood look bad. Property has a bad smell.
18" high grass, yard not been mowed, property abandoned
The grass needs mowed & a huge hole is in the front yard.
The grass in the backyard is waist high in some spots. Caller described it as a "jungle".
Grass has not been cut, especially in the back yard.
Residents not cutting the grass and often park on the lawn.
The tenants have apparently not been putting their trash out for the past few weeks and it is piling up on the back deck and in the backyard. The person who called in is concerned with the attraction of rodents, etc....
Excessive Growth in back yard. Neighbor ( 2537 ) said if she's home, feel free to knock on her door in able to get better view from her property.
